Terms and Conditions

§1 Definitions

  • Consumer – a natural person entering into an agreement with the Seller through the Store, where the subject of the agreement is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  • Seller – a sole proprietor operating under the business name REBEBE MARIE DE BAZELAIRE - BEŹNICKA, registered in Warsaw, at Czarnieckiego 84 lok.5, 01-541 Warsaw, NIP: 5252857719, REGON: 388634758, listed in CEIDG.
  • Customer – any entity making a purchase via the Store.
  • Store – the online store operated by the Seller at rebebe.pl.
  • Product – a tangible item available in the Store, which is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
  • Order – a declaration of intent made by the Customer via the Order Form, directly leading to the conclusion of a Sales Agreement for a Product.
  • Order Form – an interactive form available in the Store that allows the Customer to place an Order.
  • Distance Agreement – an agreement concluded with the Customer within an organized system of distance contracts, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.

§2 General Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing Orders, and concluding Sales Agreements.
  • The Customer is obliged to use the Store in accordance with applicable laws and good practices.
  • The Seller reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the Store for maintenance purposes.

§4 Placing Orders

Placing an Order does not require creating an account.
The Customer places an Order by:

  1. Selecting a Product and adding it to the Cart,
  2. Completing the Order Form,
  3. Selecting the delivery method and payment method,
  4. Confirming the Order by clicking the "Order and Pay" button.

The Sales Agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms the Order.

§5 Payment and Delivery Methods

Available delivery methods:

  • InPost courier17 PLN
  • InPost parcel lockers18 PLN

Available payment methods:

  • Traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s account (payment must be made within 5 business days).
  • Online payment processed by PayPro S.A. – Przelewy 24.

§6 Order Processing

  • Order processing takes up to 7 business days from the moment the payment is received.
  • Products are delivered within Poland.
  • Delivery costs are specified during the Order process.

§7 Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

  • The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the Product.
  • To withdraw, the Consumer must submit a relevant statement to the Seller via email or in writing.
  • The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement.
  • The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.

§8 Complaints

  • If the Customer discovers a defect in the Product, they have the right to file a complaint.
  • Complaints should be submitted in writing or via email using the contact details provided in §3.
  • The Seller will process complaints within 14 business days.

§9 Personal Data Protection

  • The Seller is the administrator of the Customers’ personal data.
  • Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling Orders in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
  • Detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

§10 Final Provisions

  • In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply.
  • The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Any changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Store's website.
