Payment, Delivery & Returns

Payments

You can pay for your order using:

  1. Online Payment (the online payment service is provided by PayPro S.A. - Przelewy 24)

    If you want your order to be processed quickly, we recommend online payment. The payment will be recorded immediately, and we will prepare your order for shipping faster.

  2. Traditional Bank Transfer to rebebe’s account.

    Account number: 77 1140 2004 0000 3702 8113 7808 (mBank)

    Please include your order number in the transfer title.

    We wait for payment for 5 business days. After this period, the order will be canceled.

Shipping (Poland)

Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via:

  • InPost courier for 17 PLN

  • InPost parcel lockers for 17 PLN

International Shipping

An option for international shipping will soon be available directly on our website. In the meantime, if you require international shipping, please contact us via instagram (@rebebe.pl) or via e-mail at: info@rebebe.pl.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund promptly. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction and will not take longer than 14 business days from the moment we receive the returned package.

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Inform us by email (info@rebebe.pl), providing your order number.

  2. Print* and complete the return form and include it in the package along with the proof of purchase. You can download the return form here.

  3. Send the package to: REBEBE, ul. Czarnieckiego 84 lok.5, 01-541 Warsaw, Poland.

*If you are unable to print the form, you may write it by hand. Please ensure it contains all the required information from the template.
